After writing all the information we should try to find the total cost price and total selling price of the product mentioned in the example.
If total cost price is more than the total selling price then there is a loss and this loss can be calculated by using the formula, Loss = Total cost price – Total selling price.
If total cost price is less than the total selling price then there is a profit and this profit can be calculated by using the formula, Profit = Total selling price – Total cost price.
