Area | Class 8 | Practice Set 15.6

Area Class 8 Practice Set 15.6, examples related to the area of the circle are solved in a simple way in the attached pdf file.

Practice-Set-15.6

In this practice set, area of the circle is asked to find out. The area of the circle is calculated by using the formula (pi) * r^2, where ‘r’ is the radius of the circle.

The circumference of the circle is calculated by using the formula, c =2 * pi * r, where ‘r’ is the radius of the circle.

In one of the examples, we are also asked to find the diameter of the circle. The diameter of the circle is twice the radius of the circle.

All the problems of this practice set are solved by using the above mentioned formulae. Sometimes we have to arrange the formula as per the requirement of the question and by doing simple calculations we can find our required answer.
