In this practice set, the area of the parallelogram is found from the given information.

The formula for calculating the area of the parallelogram is,

Area of the parallelogram = base * height

The unit of the area of the parallelogram is unit^2 or square units.

A parallelogram is a quadrilateral whose opposite sides are equal and parallel to each other.

All the examples of this practice set are very simple and are extremely similar. The only thing you need to remember is the formula for finding the area of the parallelogram and by performing simple mathematical operations we can calculate the same.

We also need to keep one thing in mind that if the units of the base and height of the parallelogram are not same then we need to make them same.

The simple conversions that we will be requiring while solving these examples are,
